Cyprus March 2008

In my role at Edinburgh College of Art, I now work virtually all Summer. Therefore I take my breaks at odd times in the year outwith the academic holidays. I had some time off in March 2008 and decided to return to Cyprus College of Art for once last trip before an Exhibition of my Cyprus paintings in December 2008 in Chichester. This a was a far shorter trip than in previous times, and for the first time I was there in cooler weather. I stayed back in Lemba as the Limassol Studios has closed and moved to Larnaka. I had a car for the trip and simply went out and made a series of observational and imaginary watercolours and gouaches.
