eca 1990 post graduate show

The Post Grad studios at Edinburgh College of Art were situated in an old Edwardian Inverleith town house right next to the famous Botanical Gardens. It was a fantastic set up and I had an old bedroom to myself to paint in. I had an extremely prolific this year, making new work for three solo shows; Byzantium Gallery, Traverse Theatre and my Post Grad show at Edinburgh College of Art. I continued to develop my interest in depicted domestic themes through a distinctive illustrational technique. I started to use less opaque paint and worked more on traditional canvas.
